Why do some countries prefer UHT milk and cream?

Why people in cold countries like cold things and people in hot countries like hot things?

• Why people in cold countries like cold things and people in hot countries like hot things? Why some people love AC but some love heaters? Some like hot and spicy things but some don't like it? Some people like eating too much sweets but some eat limited sweets. Some people love hot climate while some like it cold. Some people like cold drinks, cold coffee, iced tea, cold milk but some like hot coffee, hot tea, hot milk. I find those who are born and brought up in cold countries like cold things and those who are born and brought up in hot countries like hot things. More ice cream, ice tea, cold coffee and cold drinks are consumed in cold countries and more hot coffee and hot tea is consumed in hot countries. I wonder how can anyone drink a iced tea or cold coffee when by nature it should be hot. The idea of putting on AC when the temperature is below 20 degree makes me mad. Also see the food. People in cold countries don't eat hot and spicy food. But people in hot countries won't like white people's food which is neither hot nor spicy. Even hot white girls are not as hot as hot girls from hot countries. They look hot but they are not that hot in reality. Something is lacking in them.
