Where can I download a copy of a live in foreign caregiver contract?

Gym did not supply copy of contract?

• I signed a contract with a gym and they did not provide a copy of the contract nor did they tell me that I had three days to cancel the membership. I tried to cancel on the fourth day, then was told my only option was to change the contract. I signed a new contract and asked for a copy, he told me the printer was broken but wrote down my email address and told me he would send it to me through an email. Never received an email. I still wanted to cancel the membership, so I did a stop payment on my card. Got a bill in the mail from the gym for the amount anyway. My question is....how much ground do I have to dispute this contract, considering that I was not told the first time how much time I had to cancel the membership, and the second time I was not provided a copy of the contract I signed even when I asked for one?

  so...... you signed a blank piece of paper that didnt say anything about the contents of the actual contract? thats basically what you are saying.... they DID give you a hard copy to sign, why did you not read it then before signing it? thats not their fault. thats yours. edit: so.. you signed a contract, not understanding what you were signing up for, and not asking questions... this all seems like NOT their fault but your own, again. sorry.
