How to make low blood pressure and anemia go away?

im 14 i have extremely low blood pressure and anemia. Both run in my family. I wish it would go away. When will it go away and what can i do to help it go away. Also they make me feel faint. Is their anything i can do to help not pass out when i feel faint. (if im in public) thanx so much
