How to reduce redness under my nose?

How do you reduce redness on nose/cheeks fast?

  • I have a bad OCD where I have to mess with my face. I don't get acne, except for the occasional small pimple that's gone within a day or so, but I always mess with the skin on my face. If I see one little black head I have to squeeze it, and I end up messing with my face forever. I could do it for hours. My nails end up pushing my skin, making it all flaky and gross looking, and my nose is really splotchy and red. I want to stop using concealer and I need a natural remedy to reduce the redness overnight. Also, if I see a skin-colored bump on my cheeks anywhere, I'll mess with it and it'll turn into a red dot that won't go away. It started with one and now I have three that have been there for about three months, the newest one being about one month old. Are these acne scars? How do I get rid of them? Thank you SO much for a n y response!

visine on oily skin?? really? i myself would opt for a quick brushing of mineral powder or for current springtime weather, liquid sunscreen w/ something like "smart tone technology" which helps blend skin tone =)
