How to get rid of anxiety without pills ?!?!?

  • Okay so im ALWAYS having anxiety . Im scared to go ANYWHERE . Like im scared to go to school and get sick and then I get so much anxiety I really do get sick . And I dont go anywhere anymore . I want to go to the beach next month but im having anxiety about having anxiety lol. Also ill randomly be focusing on my breathing to muh and start feeling has though I cant breath. Or Ill tell myself im lighthead and then ill be REALLY close to fainting because of it but then i try to stop myself . I also randomly check if my heart is beating like ever 20 minutes because im scared its gonna stop outta no where . Im 15 and this just started about 5 months ago . I dont have any stress in my life and I try to tell myself everything will be ok , but it doesnt work . I havent had an anxiety attack yet and I dont want to get one . Please help !! (:

    The anxiety is telling you that something about your current environment or habits are not right. What bad habits would you like break? What factors do u wish were different? You are not helpless and are fully capable of addressing the cause of your emotional volatility. Also, u must learn when and how to say f@#* it. And sometimes just do things in spite of anxiety, through sheer stubborn will alone.

Dear Brianna, So sorry to hear of your anxiety at such a young age. You really need to get some professional help, as this type of problem can follow you through life. In the interim, deep breathing is one option, and there are other things like imaging, which require some teaching to be effective. Hope you get the help you need.

What I do is recite lines and paragraphs from my favourite books, or say verses of my favourite songs in my head, it helps to take my mind of of my breathing or swallowing or claustrophobia or whatever else I've started to freak out over.It helps most of the time not always, sometimes just getting someone to talk to you helps too, I hope that helps

I had the same problem when i was 15 and for me it just got worse without help. i have been on medication now for about 4years and its helped so much. anxiety is usually where your body produces too much adrenaline and releases it for no reason. its something to do with the brain. You need some help. you can't just leave anxiety as it tends to get worse. The good thing is if u do have an anxiety attach it can't kill you its just when your breathing to quickly you need to breath in and out of a paper bag to control the oxygen to your lungs. don't leave it as it can turn into depression and you don't want that aswel. trust me, i have both lol.
