What can be a good healthy diet plan for a 14 year old?

Whats a good diet/exercise plan for a 14 year old girl?

  • Okay so I have been trying to eat more healthy lately and drink more water but i haven't noticed any change in weight. Last time i checked I was 110. I don't get to exercise as much as I would like. I'm homeschooled so I don't leave the house often. Can anyone give me a good diet/exercise plan? I need one I can do in my own house with no equipment. Something to help me lose weight! I don't care about gaining muscle.I mostly need to slim down my thighs.. Please help!

    Eat healthy, drink lots of water, go on walks or runs at night, buy a fitness dvd or app (nike training club is really good) or just casually dance around the house. I have just turned 15 and i live by this routine and i am now in pretty good shape:)

Just my bit on this subject if you ever indulge in any of the "soda pop" type beverages, STOP NOW NEVER DRINK THAT STUFF! Very Bad 4 U! also you will have a better chance of controlling your weight. GOOD LUCK
