Should I stop exercising? Is this normal? Everyone please answer!:)?

Hey my name is Angelina. Im 17 turning 18 and I havent had my period for over a year now. It used to be regular and on time. The only change I have done since last year was dieted and exercised. I actually got to low and had to gain some weight back. Im 5'5.5-5'6 and 128 pounds. Should I stop exercising til i get it back? How long will it be til i get it back? Also, can that affect not having kids? I did get down to 106 pounds but I had to starve myself to stay that,I couldnt even drink anything to stay that weight.I was around 135 pounds before but I was 160 before so I lost a decent amount. It seems like the only weight I can maintain is around 130-132. I would love to stay in the 120's and below but my body wont unless i eat very little and starve! What do I do? Also my blood pressure has been very low lately. Its been around (90/58-100/50-88/49-79/43-89/58).Its always pretty low. My parents told me its dangerous to exercise with low blood pressure. When i was exercising i was getting chest pains and blacking out and feeling light headed.I used to walk the treadmill full speed at 30 minutes,i did about 3,000 crunches/sit ups and lifted weights and did the shake weight for about 15-20 minutes.I have stopped exercising for about a month but I feel so guilty. What should I weigh and whats my problem.I dont want links to websites,I want answers.Several answers from several people please. Please answer everyone, thanks! Take care!!!:)

Answer:
exercise isnt your problem but nutrition. exercise is about breaking down your cells and rest is were you really get your gains. So dont over work your self and eat small portions but more often. starving yourself is pointless because your body will know and go into whats kown as starvation mode and store as much fat as possible( kinda like how bears hibernate without dyeing of starvation.) so again eat more often but small portions and workout moderately. if you need help just start a nutrition program and video work out program so the decision is out of your hands.

I would think being in the low 130s would be a healthy weight for you. If you were having a regular period and stopped you should see the doctor. Is it possible you're pregnant? Or maybe your body is just adjusting to your new routine. I would see a doctor personally. You could mention your low bp while you're at it.
Being so skinny is NOT normal; you should fatten up. Be glad you're not getting your period.
