Facebook virus?

Virus on my facebook, locked out of it, someone please help!?

• im completely desperate. Two days ago i tried to log into my facebook and it said my email was wrong. a minute later i got a bunch of texts from my friends saying that i had a virus and that i tagged them in a "nike air shoe" picture. A few days before i had gotten tagged in that picture from a different friend and didnt click on it because i knew it was a virus. So now im locked out of my facebook because they changed my email and password. I tried everything..it said if my thing was hacked i could choose three trusted friends to verify me..but when i clicked continue it said there was an "error". Ive tried calling facebook but they dont have a customer support which i think is incredibnly dumb. And i cant find an email adress to send to..i really dont want to make a new facebook the facbeook i ahve has over 1000 pictures on it and 3 years worth of content. im so angry that this happened and im completely desperate. i dont know what to do and im confused as to why facebook doesnt have a solution to this problem. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME
