Transfer from ITT Tech?

I want to know can i go to another college without my transcript from ITT Tech. I want to go to my High School and send it to the new school i want to Transfer to, I dont mind starting all over. ITT Tech wont send my transcrip because i owe them $900. I really want to go to this Community college.

I doubt any of your ITT Tech credits will transfer anyway, but you still need to send your transcripts.

ITT will hold your transcripts until you've paid them in full. Also, there's no need to lie at a new school about any other schools you've been to because the FA office will look in the NSLDS database to see if you've ever received financial aid anywhere else. Everybody who ever got financial aid is in a large database so the amount of financial aid you got at ITT will be taken off your aggregate limits of financial aid that you can get.
