What's a good Magazine Cover Theme?

Help with visual project: magazine?

• I'm doing a visual project to help describe themes of characters in To Kill A Mockingbird. I thought it would be cool to do a magazine of one of the characters and all about how they represent a theme. All the magazine cover websites are magazines like Vogue and you put a picture of yourself on it. What's a website that helps you make a magazine cover (magazine itself would be helpful, if possible) that's not a regular magazine where you add your picture? Sorry if this is confusing... I basically want a magazine cover maker that lets you make it basically from scratch.
