Can you receive statutory maternity pay and student loans at the same time?
-
I am due to go on mat leave in two weeks and qualify for statutory maternity pay from my job. I won't be returning to work until March next year, but I will be going back to uni in October this year. Will I still be entitled to my student loans that I have been receiving? It's not a problem for the loan company, I just wondered if you are allowed student loans while on mat leave.
