Will the recession make college tuition costs go down?

How do I find out the exact cost of tuition for the college I want to go to?!?

I have been accepted to NJIT for Civil Engineering. They sent me my financial award, which is $6,000 total. I want to know how much the tuition costs, including dorms, before I pay my $200 deposit. However, njit.edu does not have an exact amount for '12-'13. They only have the tuition costs for '11-'12, which is $13,974. Now, in the financial aid award letter they sent me, it says 2012-2013 annual costs: $13974. Im confused about this because i dont know if this number includes my $6,000 discount???? HOW THE HECK DO I FIND OUT THE EXACT NUMBER?:????
