What are the chances of me getting into my program of study?

Chances of getting into UC Berkeley HAAS with my grades and background?

• I am currently finishing up my education at a local CC. During high school, I was kicked out and was forced to go to continuation high school in which I received my diploma. I was kicked out of my regular HS due to bad grades and well, bad friends at the time. However, during my time at the CC, I realized that I was destined to obtain a good education and was able to maintain a 3.5 transferable GPA. I was chosen to participate in the first-ever federal-funded study business abroad program for my CC and have also served as a senator on the student government at my CC. I know my GPA isn't as competitive as should be, but taken into account everything else, what are my chances of getting into HAAS?
