How do you drive a limo onto a drive way?

Is there a way if my friend from all the way in Wisconsin, rent a car to drive all the way to California?

• Hello guys. I'm just trying to find a cheap reasonable price. My friend that I haven't seen in forever that lives all the way in Wisconsin (near the Green Bay Area), wants to come visit in the summer. And i really want to see her! Thing is, we've searched round-trip flights from Green Bay to LAX. And it's expensive for her.. because she doesn't have that much money at the moment. The price for the plane ticket ranges at a $570-600. I wish she had that much money, but it's just issues right now. And sorry i don't really know much about car rentals. I don't really know if someone drives for her or she has to drive. And for a plane ticket, it's good, but the amount it cost.. I don't know how i can even try to get the possibility. So for the car rentals. Again, sorry about my lack of knowledge. but does someone drive her? or does she drive for herself? She's going to try to at least spend 2 months here with me. So is there a cheap effective way? I really want to see her, and she really wants to find a reasonable price to get over here. :( Thank you. Btw, she wants to try and visit in the summer.   Actually, after paying the daily rate for a rental car, and buying fuel for the 4500 mile round trip, driving a rental car would cost much more than flying. The least expensive method to travel from Green Bay to LA would be by train. (actually part of the trip would be on a bus, but still scheduled by Amtrak.)
