What observations could i do?

Observations i have made that can change the way we think about weight?

  • okay so i have for a while now believed that our thoughts and feelings are more influential than physical things. What i mean by that is let's say that for example; someone wants to be happy and they believe buying a new car will give them some happiness and material things will give them happiness. But really it's more like when you are happy all good things follow, like lets just say your having a good day and your happy because your thinking positive and your grateful for what you have then you find out your friend is selling they're brand new car for cheap. Okay now so for example i believe that food doesn't nescerilly make you fat, i don't think that physical things influence as much as our thoughts and feelings can. See when i was younger i was really thin, i was a hyper kid and i was very feisty and active. When i started to get a little older i got more quiet and emotional and i gained weight. Thus came the guilt i felt toward eating and more weight gain. My brother and other thin people that eat a lot but are very thin aren't guilty about food and eating because they simply don't think about it. Like when you're a kid and you don't think of those things we are thin. Now the other important observation that i made is that thin people are thin because they have faster metabolism's. yesterday i observed the reason why they have faster metabolisms! if you are like me i have one very thin friend and a chubby friend, they are always together watching them made me realize something very VERY important. The thin friend(lets call her Ana) eats a lot, she is always hyper but she doesn't run in p.e or nothing like that. the same with the chubby friend(lets call her Emma). However the Emma is more emotional you can see with chubby/ fat people that they are more sensitive and are more distant. Ana as well as other thin people like to have fun, they eat without guilt and do things for the heck of them. If someone dumps them they say **** it! while the chubby/fat people will go eat ben and jerrys while they cry (no offence but i see it all the time) they could even act like they don't care but you can see that distant look in their eyes, that embarssement, and that need to isolate themselves. Thin people are always on the move, that doesn't mean that they work out it jut means that they go to the mall they go play sports they enjoy they go to the beach , their always on the move they energy is more higher regardless if they are lazy or not, and they don't attach their negative emotions to food and they don't depend on food to make them feel better. Remember me as a kid, i was hyper and thin. My brother who has never been fat he has always been on the move, he fiddles his fingers he always has that anxious energy about him like a lot of thin people do. Now it also depends in what kind of envoirnment you were born into, think of culture and thin people. A lot of Chinese people are thin, we may think it's in there genes but really its their culture they're more impatient and on the move, they walk fast and they're more anxious and they don't depend on food to make them happy. Now think of America and our stress and depression and our obsession to be thin and beautiful were told to not eat a lot and some of us get guilt when we do eat. See its our energy that causes our metabolism!!! Why do you think healthy is balance and seen as attractive sometimes more than super thin or super fat? because we don't depend to much but we also care about issues and are more responsible. Thin people have faster metabolism's because of the way they feel all that anxious feisty energy What do you think? comment below.

    true. a healthy meaningful innerplay / interplay between mind and body is most imperative. culture etc plays a part here we are duped by the conglomerates - macdonalds, kfc, walmart, pharma. that we are all fine and dandy!. we eat lots of junk food - its ok. - macdonald makes the $$$ if fat - eat slimming pills - all kinds of weight loss crap - those pharma / doctor makes the $$$$ and media hype. so its a self fulfilling prophecy. look at japan - a national culture - stop eating after 80% full. hardly / no any fat people. we must wakeup to this and fight back the capitalists pigs thats ruining our lives
