Should i keep or sell the bracelet?

• i bought a bracelet, its antique, silver and abaloni shell, very pretty in a quaint litle shop, i had a boyfriend at the time and i remeber wearing to dates and showing him and one of my friends the bracelet anyways i found out later that he was just useing me and my friend knew and now when i wear the bracelet all these memories flood back, ive cleaned it so many times, i dont know whether to sell the bracelet or not, i keep thinking sell it, get rid of every last trace of him, i dont want to be reminded but then i think this is stupid cos he didnt buy me it, i did and it is realy lovely and i shouldnt let him stil be upseting my life, opinions on what to do please? xx

  Try to associate it with good things. Don't think about him or the pain he brought you, think about the time you got rid of a bad person in your life. That's a good thing. I know it's not all good, but it's right and it's something you can be happy about.
