Glass thickness?

I would like to know the thickness of eye glass for my eye prescription?

    Hi having wore glasses from mny years i have my lenses thinned down. The optician should have suggested this to you when e gave you the prescription. with a prescription like yours there is no reason you cannot wear rimeless. however you wear glasses just now then i would suggest you would have some idea of what glasses frames yoy like and suit. Return to the optician and ask for thinned down lenses. hope this helps good luck
