Can the job I just got hired at find this out about me?

I got hired at a family fun center which is basically like a mini amusement park. And on the agreement form on the application said, "I agree to immediately notify the Company if I should be convicted of any crime while my job application is pending or during my period of employment, if hired.". And I got arrested for something stupid, and still waiting pretrail, and I got arrested again on Suspicion of DUI, and im awaiting pretrail for that as well. All before I applied to this job. Could the company I'm currently working at, find this out about me? And if so, do you think they will fire me?
