What is a good book for medical billing & coding?

Medical Billing and Coding Book Recommendation?

I was wondering if anyone can recommend some of the top books for medical billing and coding. A teacher recommended a book titled "Understanding Health Insurance", but when I was reading reviews, the majority felt the book was full or errors and did contain enough info. Is there a better one out there? Thank You
