What cruise ship is this?

What does a sinking cruise ship dream mean if the ship sinks in shallow water and I travel as a ball of light?

• I had a dream that I was on a sinking ship along the coast somewhere in the the southern tropical hemisphere. The ship sank in shallow water between two islands and sat there tipped to one side with everyone hanging off the edges screaming, and islanders were waiting for us to go ashore to kill us. Some people that fell off the ship and were being tortured by islanders. I got off and started traveling through the islands as a small ball of blue light with two companions to try to find help over mountains and woods. One of my companions got eaten and I lived the pain as if it was me....what does this mean?

  Wow, interesting. There is some sense in your waking life in which you are stranded, your ship is sunk. What does a ball of blue light make you think of? Have you seen it before in any movie, or book, or description? It draws a blank for me, but its what it associates for you that counts. Clearly, the blue light is powerful advantage you have, travelling over the landscape looking for help. The fact that you don't find help, and lived through your companion's pain, is to say that you have been hurt by this strandedness, and you are looking for help. Being in the boat between two islands might represent a reluctance to make one or two choices - you are stuck stranded in the middle, and both choices I presume are similarly bad. You have to land, to come to ground at some point, but it is difficult. This interpretation would only make sense if you can see any significant difference between one island and the other.
