Help on how to create an account on Xbox 360?

I want to create an account because its asking me for one in order to save my progress but Its asking me for a device storage or something called a unit! But I only have a Micro SD which is the same thing as storage so I have my SD card in my android phone and connect it with the xbox 360. But I still get the plug in a device storage. What do I do?

You can not use your phone as a storage device you need to buy a flash drive or a hard drive for you xbox in order to save your progress.
