Gta 4 ps3 isnt playing full hd?

Hi. I have a ps3 slim 320gb and a 42inch sony bravia LED TV. Its full hd 1080 and my ps3 is connected to it with the HDMI wire. I play black ops full hd but gta 4 is only showing 720p. It says 1080p and 1080i on the cover on the back, is sumthin wrojg with the game settings???
