How to change the age on Facebook?

Will Facebook delete my account if I change the year of my age?

  • I'm 14, but I wanted to change my age to 18 so I could let the public see my facebook. I already submitted my request, saying "I am 18 years old", and I am hella worried they're going to delete my account. This is my first time changing my age, so it's not like I do it all the time. WILL THEY DELETE MY ACCOUNT?? I need honest, not comforting answers now. Thank you. ಠ__ಠ

    they probably arent going to change your age for you unless you provide them with your government issued ID to prove that you are indeed 18 - they arent going to just take your word for it

No they won't but u need to change your date of birth too I think.but if you are 14 and Facebook doesn't let you to make your profile,it's because for your own safety.i know you think you are grown up cuz you are 14 cuz that's how I thought when I was 14 but the truth is you are just a kid.so take my advice and don't change your age on Facebook ok sweetie

No body like advice and me too... but i just can tell leave fb alone and come back after 4 yrs later, whn u will be 18+. It's just good for u. thanks
