My facebook app doesnt load, its been like this for the past month?

I have sprint and im using fb for android app, everything was until I upgraded my app, ever since then Im able to open fb without a problem but all I see is the white screen with the loading circle. Ive left it for hours and it doesnt load no matter where I go...ive removed it and reinstalled it but it still didnt work. The odd thing is that the fb messenger app works great...any ideas why this is.happening?

I would recommend deleting the app and then reinstalling it...
