Help selling on eBay?

HELP with EBAY selling restriction!?

For well over a year I have been buying and selling on ebay from the one account. I recently decided to make a seperate account, of which I would only sell on. Last week ebay cancelled all of the items I was selling, and gave me a selling restriction. Since both my account were linked, this happened to both. I have no idea why they did this, but the notice I received said I would receive another email explaining what I did wrong. A week on and I still havnt received the email telling me what iv done wrong.. so my question is, how long do selling restrictions last? The notice I received said 'Currently restricted from selling'. Does anyone have any idea how long that is?? Thanks

Check your spam folder in your email. Ebay is usually pretty good about email.
