How Do I Restore Browse in Private?

Internet explorer closes down for no reason and no programmes on desktop open and system restore does not work?

• Several things have started to go wrong with my internet explorer lately. When I try to browse or upload things on websites the window just closes itself. Sometimes when I click on a link to a website, like facebook it just takes me to a different website like ebay or something. When I try to send a new message or reply to one on email the window closes itself down, and I can't sign in to tumblr for some odd reason. I've reset the internet settings but nothing's changed. Also, when I turn on my laptop, it tells me that my computer needs to do a disk check, but then it says that disk check could not be performed and to log in and do a system restore. However anything I want to open, whether it be system restore or paint or word or any programme does not open. I've tried launch start up repair and I restarted my computer, pressed F8 and clicked repair computer but it just stops on the "windows is checking files" and nothing else happens. When I try to open my computer on "Safe Mode with Networking" it just restarts, it takes a lot of turning on and off to even start up on just "Safe Mode" What's happened to my computer and internet? what should I do?
