How much would this tattoo cost and how long would it take?

I am thinking of around 3x4 inch for the size and in plain black ink, maybe later down the road fill it in with color. On the banner across the heart it will have the name Nikki. Also where the fire is above the heart, will be replaced with a halo. I am asking is because I would be getting it as a gift/surprise for a friend. And would be prepaying since, I am nowhere close by to go with them. Thank you for your knowledge in advance.

  Since you have the picture, you can bring it in to tattoo shops and they will be able to give you estimates. I would recommend doing this, since you also get to see/feel the vibe of the shop and meet some potential artists and see some of their previous work.
