Latley I have been doing odd things while sleeping andi cant remember it..is that bad?

My brother woke me up during my sleep and gave me the phone and said i talked to the clinic bt i can not recall that at all!! i had a conversation and have no idea what i said to them and he waid i was answering them finely. also i keep turning off my alarm clock without even knowing i turn it off in the morning and sleeping in. what is this caused by?

This is a form of sleep walking. Tell your brother that he ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT touch you while your are in this state. It may cause cardiac arrest. Contact your doctor of it happens a lot, or this could just be you not being fully awake before you talk on the phone or whatever, which is really common.
