Where is a good white water rafting, camping, and fishing spot in Colorado?

For my birthday at the beginning of August I am planning a trip for roughly 6 for my birthday. I would like to cross white water rafting off of my bucket-list. Looking to do class 3 rapids. probably 1/2 day I will be driving from Phoenix, Arizona so I am looking for somewhere between here and Denver, CO I also need a campground and a Good fishing spot somewhere near the white water start point. I don't know Colorado to well as I have only been a few times. So if someone can point me in the right direction for everything I am looking for, that would be great! Thanks!
