Cant send attachment in email?

So i have entered a drawing contest and i wanted to send in a picture, so after i was done i went onto my email and i couldn't click the attachment. I kept reloading the page and it still did nothing.Help ?

You are not providing enough information to get help. What Email are you using? Do you look for a button that says attach. That is how you do it.
