Bad Review Threatened?

I got a bad review at work and im still upset....how do I cope?

• I started this job 46 days ago at a very high retail store example a pair of shorts cost 156 dollars no joke. I got my review yesterday over all im doing better in learning things, but my review in the nicest way possible says I need to be more positive with my co-workers and my boss said that theres ways to say things without being rude! Im been called a door mat and never in history I ever got a bad review in co-workers even ones who dislike me for being too nice! This what happened im 24 by the way: Lets called coworker 1 who is in her mid 60's and same race as me (blk) lets call her.....JellyBean. Coworker 2 who is in her 50's same race as me....popcorn. When I first started they were cool in their own way and I feel my race plays a role because we share the same culture (im guessing). Problem is yes im nice, but shy and I enjoy being alone on my lunch breaks sometimes. Things started out ok I would break with them on a 15 min break talking about non-sense. I stopped because my job is stocking and we STAND our whole shift, but on break they would go outside and stand there talking so I stopped and sat alone where I could sit and now just call family back home. They started acting odd trying to see why I stopped sitting with them even guessing I was placing my cell phone up to my ear just to listen to music....in other words not talking to anyone just making up a excuse to get away from them :/ Soon after a week of just starting I felt really uncomfortable around them everyday they ask me the same question..1) what did you have for breakfast, what did you have for lunch, how do you get home, what time you wake up for work, how much you pay a taxi, what are you doing now...same questions DAILY. I never came across humans who ask same ol questions everyday day. Then popcorn was to train me for a new stock room and I learned it. Problems they added on when the assistant manager sent popcorn up to check on me and to see if I need help or any questions. Popcorn brought up Jellybean with her......im shy and yes I did become uncomfortable around them they seemed too much into me with the same questions back to back even questioning why did I miss a loop in my belt hole,um idk it was by mistake :/ I told them nicely thank you both for checking on me and I don't need any help...why I said this? Because they started asking me unrelated work questions as im running around hurrying trying to beat time! I then started making mistakes because they were smiling, watching me and talking and asking questions after they did this four days in a room and four days of me asking why are they coming up here? They told my assistant manager in turn told me she sent popcorn up to see if I had any questions Itold her how they stood there 10 minutes talking and just watching me and that if I have any questions I know how to find others plus I know how to do my job now. Jellybean then ask me one day why im so comfortable around them? I told her im shy and she said ok and left. I didn't say well I think you both are crazy always asking the same questions and that made me uncomfortable and why so much interest in me ect? I just said...im shy....which is true too. I told my head boss and he said oh....and said if it happens to let him know because really it was suppose to be just jellybean to see me and the company is not paying them to stand around talking. I am greatly hurt they both feel I dislike them....I feel they feel that way. And I know in my heart they may feel I don't like my own race when the few friends I have are blk (i don't care what race honestly) and recently a white co-worker who is nice like them...but crazy too. She follows me and even to the bathroom so to popcorn and jellybean from a afar I don't mind her when really I been trying to avoid her too she is extremely talkative only with me :( I also in the past have had other females who took too much interest in me to the point of questioning my where abouts ect to the point others thought I was lesbian. My ideal job would be 95 percent male coworkers and 5 percent females...women are alot of times can be off when it comes to me. One friend can't believe it. But because I then just sat down and hid from popcorn and jellybean and they reported I got this on my 45 day review that I need to be nicer and never in my life have I ever had that. I just want to go to work, say hi a lil NORMAL chit chat and go home. I like most of my coworkers because im not their focus and they don't question me everyday. I am sadden that popcorn and jellybean look sad at me....I did cry yesterday I feel its unfair I attract such people.

  In a perfect world, they would let you be alone on your breaks. It IS a break, after all. Pragmatically, you should take each in your confidence and explain how horrified you are of your review and tell them how much you just need a few minutes alone every day and how you know they would never say anything bad about you, so you just can't understand how your review could have gone the way it did and would they please put in a good word for you. Maybe shed a few tears while you're doing it.
