• hello, i study psychology in year 12. and i have been given an essay topic to do on psychology i have to right an introduction which has to desribe the idea of psychological measurement, and how it is applies in the workplace. while my first topic paragraph has to be on measuring intelligance. and it has to say the concept of intelligance, and describe the background and history of intelligance. and comment on it. and explain how intelligance is measured and relates to relevant theorists. and it has to desribe a test used to measure intelligance. while it has to say the advantages and disadvantages of using psychological measurement of intelligance in tehe context of staff selection. then the next two paragraphs have to say the exact same thing just about measuring personality in one and measuring attitudes in the other. following this there has to be a paragraph on ethics, where i have to discuss relevant ethic issues assosiated with psychological measurement of intelligance, personality and attitudes. then just a conclusion if you can help in any way i would really appreciate it
