Why do I feel vibration in my head when I try to sleep?

Help, when ever I try to start my assignments my head hurts and I feel tired?

  • I'm in my post graduate studies and got a degree prior this already. However throughout highschool, my first degree and even now I have trouble starting my assignments. I've been always an average grade student due to this problem unless it's something I really like or I'm really good at. Well, last semester there was no 'time limit' on all my assignments and I manage to get top score on every single assignments even though I found it boring. Right now I have this important group assignment due tomorrow but as soon as I start I feel tired. In fact i'm going to go sleep now because of that. My brain starts hurting and I can't concentrate. I keep putting off things. I do this to my client's work as well. Once in highschool, the moment I started reading I passed out. How do I stop this? I'm not reaching my full potential because of this :( Thanks for the help

Maybe you should listen to your body. Once upon a time people either became hunters or farmers depending on their ability to focus on a task or search for an opportunity. It is a genetic predisposition and if not recognized and integrated will lead to years of frustration. As you already have a degree (which probably took enormous willpower) you should note what it is that interests you enough to not be bothered by the symptoms and head in that direction. My son had this problem in school and when he realized it went into computer game designing and succeeded in his field. It was not the education that worked so well as his innate ability. 100 years ago he would have been a hunter, a farm under his control would have turned to weeds. Think about this and following your natural rhythms rather than forcing yourself.
