What exercises to do to straighten your shoulders?

  • My shoulders are like most men's shoulders, a little pushed to the front. What exercises to do at the gym or at home, to straighten my posture, and have my shoulders and chest at the same level, if you understand what I mean. I think the exercises are related to both shoulders and chest. Please answer if you know for sure, I don't wanna spend my time doing some wrong exercises. Thanks

Pull ups, chin ups, and any exercise involving a rowing motion, where you pull your arms back. Basically the forward lean comes from you doing exercises where you push your arms out.

Bench press, correct form pushups, pullups. Back exercices. You will find that you will stand straighter and teller when you work those muscle groups.
