Should I sing the English or Japanese version of a song for an anime convention?

• The song is Lullaby for you by JYONGRI. (It's a song from a game called The World Ends With You) I already know the lyrics and everything for the English version (first link below) , but the only instrumental version I could obtain had Japanese vocal back up. The people at the convention mostly speak English, I assume. Should I just sing the English version with the Japanese in the song or should I learn the Japanese version (second link) ?   I would recommend singing it in Japanese because the song sounds better in Japanese. Also, it was originally in jap so many people who are familiar with the japanese version will not recognise what you're singing. Lastly, you are at an anime convention... people go thee for the anime, manga, and japanese experience.
