How should I say this in a resume?

How could I say "approaches things with a positive attitude" for my resume?

  • I'm including my "Key Skills" (would that be an alright heading for it?) on my resume. Never written one before so I want it to be good. This is what I got: Experienced working in various workplaces, adapts well to new environments, is a fast-learner, committed, friendly, and will always approach *((things))* with a positive attitude. I'm stuck on how to make that last point sound good, and fix it from the awkward state it's in; can't stand the use of "things". I just want to get across to the employer that I'm optimistic, will always show up to work with a smiling face, and continiously reeks of positive energy. Know what I'm sayin'? Thanks to all. 10 points to best answer :-)

  • Answer:

Thats a good list. I'd put it under 'personal attributes' as 'key skills' are more like what software you can use or management experience. Also write it in the first person. Such as 'I am a fast learner' as they know you wrote it. And as for you're actual question I'd say. 'I always approach new tasks with a positive attitude.'

and approaches every situation with a positive attitude You are listing existing qualities so want it stated in the present tense. I think you have listed attributes, not skills.
