What kind of industry is google in?

The video game industry and the law?

• I'm doing a project for my Law 12 class, and the topic is basically just "____ and the law". The teacher called us up one by one to find out about our interests and try to help us pick a topic and all, so I mentioned a few things that I like, including video games, and he wants me to do my project on that. At first I thought it was kind of cool, but the video game industry is so big, I don't know where to start, and I'm kind of panicking now. Does anyone have any ideas about where and what I should start researching? I mean, aside from piracy issues and stuff, or violent video game laws, I really can't think of anything else. And just to clarify, not asking anyone to "do my homework" for me, I just want a push in the right direction. Some general topics and ideas, or places I should start looking (and no, I don't mean 'link me to a search engine like Google' or anything) would be great.

  It's a long shot posting this topic on Video & Online Games. The chance of anyone know or caring about anything other than the main topic would be unlikely. Another subtopic would be false advertising. Prime example, Last month BioWare released Mass Effect 3 of which over 90% of the players were disappointed with the ending, to the point that one individual filed some legal action of some sort for such a reason. I don't know enough about Law to really go in further. And that's about all I have sense you already accounted for Piracy and Game ratings.
