Why does theater mode in COD BLack Ops cut my game short?

  • I just got a 90-8 game in Havana playing domination, but when I download the video it cuts off about 5 minutes in, just over half way through. I would appreciate any help to get this fixed as I want to upload it to youtube. Thanks

    2 major possibilities. The first is there was a host migration during the game, or some other switching of sources similar to that. This causes theater mode to halt since the game "ended" at the point where the migration took place. Usually there is a new recording created when this happens, that picks up where the other left off but i have seen it just give me the first half sometimes as well.. The other possibility has to do with bandwidth issues. you might be over doing what your internet can handle. A solution to that may be to try again during non-peak hours, or if possible increase the amount of data you can transfer.
