Is anyone else having problems on DeviantArt?

Problems with Pottermore? Anyone else?

  • Having quite a few problems with potter more: 1. On Google chrome half the screen is cut off and I can't move on because Harry's letter is on the side that is cut off so i can't click on it 2. I tried on internet explorer which has the whole screen but it doesn't respond to any clicking on the picture 3. So then I tried a different computer and when I click on "Sign in" the button just disappears and nothing else happens :S has anyone else had any of these problems? Do you know how to overcome them? Any help will be appreciated!!! Thank you

    Try changing the size in Google Chrome by CTRL then - (minus) sign.

I use Google Chrome and so far there's no problem. Maybe you don't have Adobe Flash Player so it won't let you click on it. Try reloading the page, or use Mozilla Firefox. I don't really know, but mine works well. But sometimes Pottermore has problem signing in, once I tried all day sign in and it just can't, but the next day everything works perfectly. Or maybe the internet connection is too slow or something, because usually there will be loading sign but it won't open.
