How do severe storms and tornadoes form?

How can I remove this veil of protection from all severe storms and those very cool tornadoes?

• Yes, you heard it right! How do I bring back that glorious severe weather to my pathetically small town? A somewhat spiritually motivated incantationial thing???. Dig this, I miss that cool deadly lightning too and those fun-loving tornadoes big-time...? As a young child of 8, I was fascinated with those awesome thunderstorms... Thus, whenever a storm would arrive, you would find me in a nearby park on the middle swing having a blast swinging as high as I could go (without going over the bar) while this thunderstorm clobbered my city... I enjoy being scared with the threat of a tornado or two... However, all that changed after I captured some creature’s soul on videotape some 20 years ago... I’ve enjoyed nothing since then! No, severe storms of any kind not even the threat of a tornado... How do I reverse the damage and bring back these severe storms and tornadoes to this tiny meaningless town were I now live???
