Ebay Return Shipping?

Should I return this item on eBay considering the cost of shipping?

  • I bought a shirt that does not fit it was 30 dollars and free shipping but the seller charges for the shipping that was originally free if the item is returned plus I would have to pay shipping to send it back to them they used USPS expedited shipping to send it to me I have no idea how much that costs so should I return the shirt or not?

    You loose too much money sending items back internationally. If you have a camera or one on your phone take a picture then sell and put it on ebay and sell it ''as new''. Be honest in your description that the shirt doesn't suit or fit with tags etc and you will have no problems selling it. There are allot of people who only by stuff locally rather an international for many reasons. put your starting price for what you paid or a couple of dollars less. Done this with a pair of joggers that were too small that I brought overseas... sold them no problems and local postage very relatively cheap which the buyer paid. Make sure you get a quote on postage accross the country and include this...

Seal the item in the original packaging, mark the package refused and drop it in the mail. Then file an item not received dispute with ebay and escalate to a claim ASAP. This way you don't have to pay anything extra for postage. The confirmation status will change to refused so the seller can't win the claim with ebay. This is perfectly legal since it meets the requirement of "is not opened".
