    This is the type of comparison that I believe would be audibly indistinguishable. Those amps should perform very similarly. I wouldn't be surprised if the RF is a little more powerful, but 100w or so at around 1200w is not an audible difference. RF fans, of course, will tell you RF is way better. And I think the common, non-enthusiast type would say RF as well based mainly on hearsay and brand recogntion. However, HF's BRZ amps are solid amps and given the price difference I'd go with the HF, no question.

I will consider Hifonics Brutus BRZ1200.1D D-Class Mono My friend recently picked up this amp for his 12" type R and this amp does not disappoint! Hes currently running the type R at 900 rms and this amp runs it very nicely.
