How do I export all my contacts in Yahoo mail into my Outlook?

I would like to export my contacts from Outlook Express to Hot mail account.?

• I tried to export my contacts from outlook express to hot mail so I went to outlook mail and clicked on file and did not help so on clicked on open and there it said import I clicked on that and it said import files, settings and RSS feeds into outlook I am what are they talking about anyway this box opened up and said choose a action to perform, long story short I got lost and all I wanted to do it transfer my contacts or address book over to Hot mail so I do not have to put them in their one at a time so is there anyone that can help me in laymen terms?   Open the Outlook Express contacts list first, and use that menu to find an export files menu. It might be in a heading called Tools or something like that. Export that file to a place you can find, like your desktop if you have a choice ... Then open (sign in) to your Hotmail account and open that contact list. Once again, open the contacts list, and select Import. Highlight the file and follow the steps ... I cannot be more specific than that since I no longer use Windows XP (Outlook Express) or Hotmail ...
