Sweet fathers day gift ideas for my guy, I'm pregnant and will be on fathers day with our first?

  • So I know it's a bit early to worry about this, but I want to come up with something super special for my husband for fathers day. We found out I am pregnant on March 19th and are super excited. I miscarried our first child, and now that we are getting this amazing chance I want to mark the occasion. Anyone have any cute ideas for him to have for years to celebrate our family beginning? He doesn't wear jewelry, so that's out. But I want to find something that will last forever. Thanks for your help!!!!!!

I would try to plan a whole day of fun. Minigolf, a nice lunch at a fancy restaurant, make memories now that will last forever. Much better than anything else. If you really want to give him something, how about learn to knit and make him a blanket to use so he can wrap up on the couch with it later when he's holding the baby? It could be his daddy blanky. I wish you the best of luck with your pregnancy. But please keep in mind Fathers Day this year falls just around the end of your first trimester. Do you really want to plan something huge at this point when he isn't technically a father yet, and something could still go wrong? Or could you possibly wait until next father's day and save your super big special thing for then when your baby is there to celebrate with you?
