Whats the best brightest blonde hair dye to buy? i have dark brown hair going to strip it out first.?

If I'm not mistaken, you won't go blonde if you don't bleach your hair. Being that your dyed it, it will be hard to change the color since there are layers of previous dyes. Your best bet is to go to a professional salon stylist. Once you go there and dont feel like going to a salon for hair treatments after you got the hair color, go to target or the beauty salon Smart Style in Walmart, Ulta, or even on Ebay and look for Bed Head Urban Antidote level 3 (red bottles) or level 2 (blue bottle). I suggest reading the bottles to see what best fits your description of hair. I use level 2 and it saved my hair. I am an African American girl,which means my hair needs extra moisture, who had bleached and permanently died her hair withing two days so my hair was double processed and felt like dog hair, very porous. As for deep conditioning, buy organic coconut oil in a jar. It doesn't turn into oil until your rub it in your hands or heat it, but take some and rub it in your hair with saturating it and place and clear plastic shower cap over hair and sit under the blow dryer or blow dry it your self with a handheld one. Be sure to get those ends trimmed ever 6 weeks!
