What does it mean when you dream about someone dying during childbirth?

• I'm 26 yrs old and I had a dream about a young couple, the girl was about 16 and the boy 17 or 18. They were in a relationship and he always came to see her at the house despite her father not being to pleased about it. Eventually she found out she was pregnant. She and the boy were excited because they really were in love but her dad was disapointed. When she put her hand on her stomach I felt the baby kick. It was as though I was her in the dream. My elder sister is pregnant in real life and in the dream she was pregnant but she was also the girl's sister. My actual mom was the girl's mother, my 2)r old nephew and my other sister was the girl's as well. In the dream the girl went to the bathroom and her water broke but then she started bleeding and my sister rushed to get help then the dream forwarded to when the news came that the girl had died but the baby lived. With the boyfriend saying to the father "I hope you're happy now. You didn't want us together and now we aren't " I get the feeling that the girl and guy in my dream is supposed to be me and my boyfriend. It just feels like us but my family doesn't have a problem with our relationship although his family does. Sorry for it being so long I just wanted to put as much info as possible. I really want to know how to interpret this dream. I know that dreaming babies mean a new begining but this dream just seemed so real I'm wondering if there's something more to it. I actually woke up crying because the girl died. Thanks in advance for answering. Only serious answers please.
