PLANNED PARENTHOOD OPINIONS?

Will planned parenthood report if a girl at age 16 says she is having sex with a 21 yr old?

So..my friend went to planned parenthood just to get checked because she had a little infection. The dr. asked her how old her boyfriend was that she was having sex with and she said 21 and my friend is 16. The dr. said she's ganna check to see if she needs to report it but I found it ridiculous that she said that because on the walls all over of planned parenthood they have a paper that says "if you are UNDER the age of 16 and having sex with someone 21 of age or older we will report it" ..she's obviously not under 16 and will be 17 in september. Can I get some opinions? Will she most likely report it? BY THE WAY.. THIS IS IN CALIFORNIA

Um... Probably cause thats illegal. Hes an adul and shes a minor. She should never had sexual contact with him. Hes in deep doo doo!
