Any websites with many animated photos (gif format?

I am eager to composting photos to a gif.format,do you have any good idea?

    I am not sure you compose photos by phone or PC.If you use PC,I think Photoshop is rather good,if you compose by phone,I only use Pony Photo at present,and is also useful.Maybe there are some other software come out.

composting?!? If you want to make compost, you would be better using vegetable or plant waste. Photos don't rot that well.

I do not understand why you want to make compost out of a photograph. Composting is good if you are a gardener. You also asked something about a gif format. Do you mean, you want to change a JPG to a GIF? If so, just put the photo into PAINT and then save it as whatever format you want.

I don't understand your question. Do you mean you want to convert a jpg to a gif? If so, there are many programs that let you do that simply by clicking on "Save as", e.g. Photoshop, Elements, Gimp, Irfanview, etc etc etc.
