I want to use C++ for mobile programming and my cell phone is Nokia 5530 which is a Touch cell.the more I search , the more I become confused , I don't know the tools that I have to download for mobile programming.if you know any books about mobile programming for touch phones pls let me know.

The OS isn't very common, I don't know how much support you'll find for coding. Symbian OS v9.4, Series 60 rel. 5 That's your OS, start googling information about development and tutorials. Good Luck :)
