How do i find out the speed of my mobile internet?

I tried to find out mine, because it seen lots of people talking about their kbp/s, but I don't actually know how to find out that number for my phone! I have a HTC sensation xe, and I'm on a contract. Thanks for any help!:)

http://www.speedtest.net It's the most accurate I've found and a couple of Gadget Review websites (such as The Verge) use that website as their official source for tests of the speed of their connections.
